Experience lightweight and smooth transitions in the updated Saucony Endorphin Speed 5, perfect for speed work or racing. An instant favorite among runners since version 2, the Endorphin Speed took the running world by storm by incorporating elements you’d find in a racing shoe into a well-cushioned trainer.
PWRRUN PB can be found throughout the midsole, made with a lightweight and super responsive PEBA foam that makes an uptempo run feel a bit easier. Embedded within this foam you’ll find a winged nylon plate that adds some extra pop and propulsion to each step. Saucony’s SpeedRoll Technology uses rocker-shaped geometry that encourages you forward, making for a more uptempo run.
Up top, the Endorphin Speed 5 uses an engineered mesh material that feels lightweight and fits comfortable around the foot. It also helps increase breathability to keep your feet stay cooler in warmer weather. On the bottom you’ll find a new, optimized outsole design with increased coverage to boost durability and help create smoother transitions.

comfy and supportive
I’ve been wearing the Endorphin Speeds since the 3s. This newest version is an etirely different feel, but the fit and function still work perfectly for me. I run 30-50 miles per week and these are soft enough for slow long runs, but springy and supportive enough for speed and tempo runs. I rotate between other brands, but these are my "tried and true’s.” Note: I wear a 7 in high heels, an 8 in most other running shoes, but I need an 8.5 for the Endorphin Speeds.

Always stellar running sneaker
Saucony’s Endorphin Speed series are a staple in my running routine. I appreciate the well-cushioned and stable support. The all-white version is a classic favorite, especially in the spring and summer.

Saucony endorphin speed
Fit improved 100% from previous model. I wear an exact 8.5 in women’s and found these to fit perfectly. Sole still wears out fast though. If you’re an endorphin fan I highly recommend getting them.
