The Director of Finance serves as the President’s strategic business partner. This position requires a strong leader passionate about finance, technology, business growth, and process improvement. The position will work directly for the President of Marathon while reporting indirectly to the Onward Outdoor Brands (OOB) Sr. Director of Finance. In addition to supporting management with strategic financial analysis to inform business decisions, the Director will protect and maximize returns on financial assets by establishing internal controls and ensuring adherence to accounting policies.
