Great shoe
The color is great and this version of Puma offers more noticeable stability and support than the Fast R3 which can be less stable on certain running surfaces such as crushed gravel. Good pickup when you are looking to go faster but also great for a long run.

Great shoe
The updated Puma Deviate Nitro 4 is lighter and responsive and a great improvement from version 3. It is a great shoe for longer runs and feels light yet supportive and comfortable. It is able to perform well on pickups. Puma still needs to figure out the issue with the rubber coming off the rear sole of the shoe prematurely though, like with version 3. Other than that, a great versatile shoe.

Ran long
I have these in version 3 and they fit great. Version four runs long and didn’t quite fit right. I also didn’t feel like it had the same pop as version 3 which I do still wear a lot. It did feel wider and more stable.
