Reach your next personal best in the one-of-a-kind, carbon-infused Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro— a road racing shoe that’s perfect from the 5K to the marathon. Mizuno uses two layers of foam with a carbon-infused wave plate to bring you a lightweight and bouncy feeling to help chase down those personal bests.

Mizuno created an incredibly bouncy experience by placing its ENERZY LITE foam at the bottom of the midsole, propelling you forward by offering a high amount of energy return in each step. Directly underfoot is the ENERZY LITE+, offering softness and impact protection while also staying super lightweight. Sandwiched between these two foams you find the carbon-infused wave plate that helps stabilize your stride without taking away from the soft cushioning. The wave plate also works in tandem with the unique Smooth Speed Assist geometry of the Rebellion Pro 2, helping promote an energized natural mid-foot strike.

Along the top, you’ll notice the stripped-down engineered mesh upper, helping reduce weight and add enhanced breathability. This upper incorporates a triple-shoe lace loop and an internal support strap that helps wrap your midfoot and create a more secure fit. To offer lightweight traction that you can rely on, Mizuno added G3 rubber on the outsole with more G3-DR rubber in key contact areas to help increase durability.
