HOKA has delivered another great addition to their stability running shoe collection with the all-new Arahi 7. This stability trainer offers similar support to the previous version using the unique J-Frame™ midsole support but introduces a few new updates.
The first noticeable update in the Arahi 7 appears in the form of the flat-knit upper, providing enhanced breathability with an improved midfoot lockdown. You’ll notice the tongue was fine-tuned as well, now dual-gusseted to reduce tongue migration and is more plush to increase overall comfort.
HOKA continues offering cloud-like comfort with the help of compression-molded EVA foam in the midsole. This soft, yet balanced, midsole foam assists with impact absorption while the incorporated J-Frame™ offers streamlined support whenever you need it. The HOKA Arahi 7 builds on the previous models to bring you one of the best stability running shoes available now.

Womens Hoka Arahi
I Love them, the Hoka's truly add comfort instability for me, I have a issue with my spine and my therapist mentioned them to me and have been using them for the past year & half and wouldn't wear any other type of gym shoes but these ever again.

Very comfortable
My daughter got a pair for running last year and I see lots of people at the gym wearing them. But I wasn’t sure they were worth the hype, especially since I am not a runner. When my current Brooks shoes needed to be replaced, I decided I would give them a try. So far I have been impressed. I have found them to be very comfortable for my cardio and strength workouts.

Great Shoe
The shoe is comfortable and helps with my pronation. I have a narrow foot but am able to wear the medium width. I wish it was available in black in my size. I would definitely purchase it again.

I have been pleased with the quality and comfort of the shoe. This is my first pair of these shoes and I have been walking daily. I wear out shoes quickly so I hope these last for a long while.

Favorite Hokas so far
I’ve been wearing Hokas for several years, and won’t wear any other shoes for my long daily walks. I wore Gaviottas for most of that time, but have switched to the Arahi7 because they are more streamlined and narrower and are better suited to walks through the woods where there are protruding rocks or branches.

Love my Hoka

Disappointed
I am going to return these- not near enough padding in the soles, cut slim in the foot and run small. Although I ordered my normal size, I cannot even get the shoe on my foot.
