Brooks has added an extra 2mm in the heel of their lightweight DNA midsole material for a more cushioned ride. This works well with their Green Rubber outsole, an environmentally friendly silica, to provide the springy responsive feel that the Brooks Revel is known for. The Brooks Revel 6 still has a lightweight feel that it is known for even with the added cushioning. The Revel 6 also has a sleek casual look for a running shoe that you can take from the road to the coffee shop to the bar.
