Back and better than before, the Brooks Ghost Max 2 brings maximum cushioning with inherent stability to your runs, walks, and daily activities. Crafted with nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3, this running shoe gives you tons of lightweight cushioning to help absorb the impact of running on the road. The Ghost Max 2 also incorporates a GlideRoll Rocker, featuring an upward curve shape on the toe and heel. This curved geometry actively promotes smoother heel-to-toe transitions for a near-effortless experience as you stride forward.
The Ghost Max 2 utilizes a slightly broader base and raised sidewalls to help add some stability to your step. The increase in base size helps prevent the medial and lateral sides from collapsing, while the raised sidewalls secure the foot and give this shoe a bit more structure. Brooks also made sure the volume of this shoe had ample space to fit those with larger-than-average feet, making this a great option for those using their own orthotics as well.

Brooks Ghost 2
I ordered Brooks Women's Ghost 2 sneakers and would highly recommend them, especially to anyone with knee problems. Since I started wearing the shoes, I have had little or no knee pain. They are great whether you are on your feet all day or walking or hiking.

No More Foot Pain
I recently got new custom orthotics to help solve bunion pain and was searching for a more comfortable walking shoe that they fit into. I already had a pair of Brooks running shoes and love the brand. These are even MORE comfortable - cushiony even with the orthotic, still plenty of room in the shoe, not pain points on the bunion. I couldn't be happier! I'm also very happy to support a local purchase and pleased with my experience with Marathon Sports.

So comfy
I bought these sneakers just 2 weeks before a walking tour of Portugal. I need extra wide as I put huge orthotics in my sneakers. I always wore Brooks Dyad, but those were discontinued, so I was taking my chances with a new-to-me shoe. The Brooks Ghost Max fit the bill nicely and I was able to walk in comfort on the rough cobblestone streets of Portugal.

A bit wide for my feet. I have narrow feet and high instep. After wearing them a couple times, they are hurting my feet.
