Never received item, terrible customer service
I never received these shoes. After a month of emailing Marathon Sports, visiting the post office, and filing a claim with USPS, even USPS said to give up. Only then did Marathon Sports issue me a refund - to a gift card. Given the extreme hassle and time lost to me, I expected the company to issue me an actual refund, but no, the integrity and compassion is lacking. They don't even sell these shoes anymore so I'm buying them elsewhere at my added expense. Would never purchase from the company again, but I guess I have to use the store credit some time...
