Great shows
I hiked 500 miles in these shoes. Great quality! My only note is the Olympia 5 runs a little small. I recommend buying a half size up.

Best hiking/fast packing shoe
This is my favorite shoe for fast packing and hiking with a heavier pack. I tried the Altra Olympus hiking version this past spring but struggled with the lack of ventilation and constant wet feet which led to blisters. I love being back in this trail running model that has great cushioning and grip without sacrificing ventilation and my feet were very happy again during our last adventure.

I walk a lot and soft cushion soles wear out quickly. These shoes I bought because of the rugged sole and yet comfortable sole. So far so good since my purchase in August!

Customer Service is excellent
Im very satisfied with the overall experience. The size of the original order ran a little small, so I exchanged one w/o additional cost, and the shipping for the return was free as well. Customer service is excellent, and they replied back very promptly and provided clear instructions how to do the exchange. I have recommended the site and the shoes sale to friends and as far as I know at least 5 persons had placed orders . I will definitely add Marathon Sports as one of my online shopping preference sites.

Best Hiking “Boot”
I’ve used these for summer backpacking in the northeast and west. Other than the soles wearing out after a season, they’re perfect for my feet. Wide toe boxes, good cushioning, and Vibram soles are essential for me!
