Great light-weight hiking boots
These are excellent lightweight hiking boots. I own two pairs. I bought Size 7, medium width, And I had plenty of room to add my own insole, which I do with all of my hiking boots. For other manufacturers boots, I have to order a wide, but with this style, I did not need a wide. The size 7 is one half size larger than my normal street shoe size. I do this with all hiking boots so that I have sufficient room to wear double socks.

Great boots
I ordered these boots like I do other hiking boots, 1/2 size larger than my street shoes, to accommodate my hiking socks and insole. They fit just fine. I did not have any problem with the ankle support or the laces or other complaints that people had. The boots are still new so I have no idea how they will wear over time.
