Back for a second lap is the Topo Pursuit 2, a zero-drop trail shoe that seems to be the new favorite for those running off-road. Not too much has changed in terms of fit, but the upper material has updated to a new engineered mesh that’s made with recycled materials. Lacing them up gives you a secure, locked-in feeling that comfortably fits around the heel and midfoot, and also offers plenty of breathability.

Another change we see this time around is the ZipFoam™ midsole formula, now softer and more responsive to create a lighter running experience. Under the midsole you’ll find the returning Vibram® Megagrip outsole, giving this trail shoe unparalleled grip and durability. Finally, a new FKT insole can be found in the Pursuit 2 to help aid in quick drainage when running through wet conditions.
