The Saucony Ride 18 is one of the most popular daily trainers Saucony has to offer, and for good reason. The latest edition of the Saucony Ride features PWRRUN+ foam, offering a soft and bouncy landing with improved comfort and durability. This foam is also used in the sockliner to give you immediate comfort as you lace them up.
The Saucony Ride 18 uses a plush, engineered mesh upper with enhanced breathability. The tongue and heel collar help amplify your experience with padding throughout, so you feel snug and protected after lacing up. Along the outsole, you’ll find increased coverage with XT-900 rubber, increasing traction and durability without weighing you down.

Comfortable shoe
Shoe is probably best suited for those who prefer a little less cushion. I wouldn’t say it’s a shoe built for speed either. Good for the mid to long Z2 runs.

Modest update retains character of a good trainer
I've run the Ride series as my workhorse trainer since the v15. Runs from 6 to 20 miles in the v18 demonstrate it keeps the comfort, connected feel, and reasonable weight of its predecessors. Other than the v16 at 350 miles, I've gotten 450-500 prior to retirement. It's too early to say for the V18, but there's similar outsole material.

Great reliable slept on shoe
My 2nd pair of saucony ride. great alternate daily trainer to my novablast 5. They are comfortable, get the job done, roomy in toe box but good fit with no heel slip. Never get that much hype but log great miles for me.

Great everyday running shoe
Shoes fit well and are very comfortable. I plan to use them as an everyday trainer, alternating them with a super trainer. I like the amount of cushioning for easy runs.

Review of the Saucony Ride 18 [STAFF REVIEW]
Great support and cushion during my whole day at work. Provides a comfortable fit, snug enough but not constricting. The mesh upper is a very nice material.
