fastest shoes on the market
I still need to test them for marathon effort long runs, but after a couple of interval workouts they are QUICK. While they are less comfortable on foot than other racing shoes available, the energy return and snap-iness of the plate is unparalleled. I plan to use them for an upcoming 5k race and will be using them at a future half as well.

Fastest Shoe I've Ever Worn
Not the most comfortable racing shoe I've worn, but once you get going at speed, you really notice the boost you get from the shoe. Allows you to hold your goal paces with noticeably less energy than you would be using otherwise.

Simply the best
There is no way you can run in the Puma fast R and not be faster. It is so light and the plate and design have you flying without the wings. Kudos to Marathon Sports for having them in stock.

Tough to find race shoe
Saving these for upcoming 5k/10k races. But I wore them for one “race pace” lap around the track recently, and despite not even being near 5k PR shape, I ran an “adult” 400m PR. By almost 10s. Unreal. Shoes are legit (even if the color scheme is not the greatest.) so happy Marathon sports got some new colors in stock. Buy these!

The best racing shoe for 5k to the Marathon! Just ran a lifetime PR of 2:47:36 at the Marine Corps Marathon at 51 years old and these shoes did not disappoint.
