The Wave Rider 30 takes a new approach to underfoot comfort with a layered midsole design. The top layer of nitrogen-infused EVA ENERZY NXT foam and bottom layer of traditional EVA ENERZY NXT foam work together to deliver more spring, smoothness, and balance with every stride.

Between the two midsole layers, you’ll find a full-length embedded Wave Plate. This plate is paired with the high stack of midsole foam to help distribute pressure and enhance stability. On top of the foot, the new engineered knit upper creates a snug and secure fit with maximum breathability. The gusseted tongue also helps reduce any unwanted movement to keep the feet locked in place.
