Men's Mizuno Neo Zen

Good energy feedback. Not high stability around turns. Lightweight, good performance for the stack height. Durability unknown.

The shoe is super soft and bouncy, a little unstable but that didn’t seem to bother me. Love running my easy runs in it and long runs.

Balance and cushion is good. The fit is not narrow or wide. Best for training.

Its light and airy great for these south Texas summer runs

It's great for long runs, and I ran a marathon PB (2:54) with this. The cushioning is thick, but very bouncy. It's great at absorbing the impact from running on pavement for a long time. It can be a bit unstable going downhill or steep cambers, but manageable. It shines on flatter surfaces with little camber. If you're looking for a firmer shoe, this is probably not it.

The Mizuno Neo Zen has a fun and bouncy ride. The mid sole is not the most stable out there. The booty upper is different than I’ve used before and has a nice overall fit and feel. This is a shoe I’m excited to put on and go for a run.

Feels amazing underfoot. Love the upper. Good fit, is slightly bigger than most of my other size 10 but not by much

Love this shoe. Roomy upper without being baggy, foam has great bounce. Definitely stands up to the offerings from bigger brands.

Amazingly soft shoe. Great for daily miles

Fit was great, cushiony and also reponsive. Was unsure at first about sock-like upper, but ended up really enjoying this shoe. Tried on some light trail as well, felt less stable off road, but nothing too bad.

This is my 4 pair and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed them. My only knock is I max out around 300 miles and that’s stretching it.

First thing I noticed was the bounce. Plush and comfortable but the geometry of the rocker does not work well when pushing the pace. Sizing is not accurate as you will likely have to order a half size down

Great. They are the softest shoe ever. They are tight getting into but once on, they are great. You will have to let them break in and they get even softer. Not much padding on upper but they fit live a sock and lots of toe room. Go a half size down

This shoe is a fun and bouncy option for daily training. The cushioning is very soft but there is decent energy return so it feels lively at most paces. It can start to feel a little mushy at sustained faster paces, so I only use it for normal training runs. It fits a bit long, but the comfy knit upper does a decent job locking down the foot, so it's not a problem for me.

Cushioning was very comfortable and the shoe is relatively supportive even on a daily run. My heels always hurt in other shoes but both during my shift and on my run I didn't have any issues
