Speed through trails in the all-new HOKA Zinal 2, a seriously lightweight trail shoe focused on speed and performance. Made with HOKA’s classic compression molded EVA foam, you’ll still get plenty of cushion underfoot.

The outsole is the star of this trail runner and is made with a thin layer of Vibram® Megagrip with Litebase construction. This material masterfully handles rocky and uncertain terrain so you can step confidently. You’ll also find 5 mm lugs along the outsole for maximum traction that are slightly larger than the original HOKA Zinal.

If you’re looking for the most obvious change in this iteration, you’ll find it in the upper. The Zinal 2 uses an engineered mesh with a lightweight, stretch-knit collar and tongue that hugs the ankle. This design was incorporated to help keep debris from the trail out while also shaving down the overall weight of the shoe.
