The new HOKA Mach 6 is the lightest and most responsive Mach to date, making this one of the best performance trainers you can find. Due in part to the updated ProFly™+ midsole, a super-critical foam that brings you more energy return with less weight.
With the help of strategically placed Durabrasion rubber, the outsole increases overall durability and traction with minimal weight. The Mach 6 uses a creel jacquard mesh with zonal breathability to maintain a lightweight feel that secures the foot. This upper also incorporates a dual internal gusset to help mitigate tongue migration, increasing comfort so you can focus on the miles ahead.

Good for running
I like these for running because they are SO lightweight and plenty of cushion. The sole is wide enough to where I won’t roll my ankle. Definitely recommend!

Walking on clouds
A real comfortable shoe. Using for walks, short distance runs, gym, and just during the day. Has helped with plantar fasciitis and overall my feet feel better the more I wear them! My teenager has a pair too and we both say it’s a little like walking on clouds.

Best In Category
Excellent daily trainer. Soft and bouncy in just the right kind of way. I would put these shoes in the "best in category” class along with shoes like the Asics Novablast 5, Adidas Adizero Evo SL, and New Balance Fuelcell Rebel v4. Might fit a bit tight if you don’t have slightly narrower feet. If you want a bit more room, I would recommend either the Rebel or the Novblast.

Very comfortable to run in. They have a built in rocking motion in the front of the shoe that is noticed when running. I love the color scheme.

Better than Mach 5, not as good as Mach X
Really great shoe! I've used them for runs up to 20 miles and they work great for slow paces and faster paces. They feel light but have more cushion than other comparable light shoes, such as the NB Rebel v4.
