Great Easy Run Shoe
As good as previous versions of the Rincon with a much more durable, grippy sole.

Love these...except aging forms permanent creases in the toe
Hoka Rincon 3 is a great shoe for the flatfooted runner. I switched to them after getting tendonitis in my foot due to improper support. The only negative I have about this shoe is that in the very front of the toe, there is some sort of more stiff fabric, probably to protect the toe. As the shoe ages and forms to your foot, that rigid part can bend permanently; mine has a permanent crease. That crease constantly rubs on the left most edge of my big toenail, eventually creating a blister and then rough/peeling skin. It has happened with every pair of Rincon 3s that i have purchased after 100-150 miles or so (which for me is about 3-4 months).
