Like previous Ghost iterations, the Ghost 18 features a moderate stack of nitrogen-infused DNA Loft v3 foam. This cushioning is designed to balance softness with responsiveness, offering stable and comfortable landings with dynamic toe-offs. And with a high 10 mm offset, you can enjoy plenty of extra protection and cushioning in the heel.

In the upper, a Gore-Tex layer is bonded directly to the material, offering wet-weather protection without sacrificing softness and breathability. The flexible flat knit tongue is another new and improved element, offering a comfortable fit and reducing pressure around the top of the foot.
