Love these shoes!! Use them for my long runs and some easy/recovery runs. They are soft, bouncy, and so comfortable. Ran my last half marathon in them and PR’d! Would highly recommend.

I have logged about ten runs in these, ranging from 5km distance to 10 miles and I can't say enough good things about them. The cushion, the energy return with each step, and the feel of the shoe are top notch. Running feels effortless and fun. I loved them so much I bought them for my husband for Father's Day. You will not regret this purchase!

I had heard great things about these shoes and they have lived up to the hype! Springy and comfortable. I got them for my wife and she has loved them.

The shoe itself feels great, soft and comfortable with great energy return, but the size was a bit inconsistent. With the white shoes I first got the left shoe felt noticeably smaller than the right one, but it wasn't an issue with the other colors.

Have loved the fit and feel of these shoes as I’ve embarked on a new marathon training block. Slightly large initially but have settled in nicely. Great shipping and delivery, too!

I absolutely love this shoe. It is so much better than a super blast 2. It is also a great shoe to rotate with the ASICS mega blast. Super blast has so much bounce and I feel like I can run for hours when I wear this shoe.

ASICS nailed it with the Superblast 3! It is soft bouncy and stable. I love rotating it with the Megablast.

The Asics Superblast 3 is a superb shoe and truely a do it all shoe if you’re looking for a shoe that can go from easy pace to interval pace!

Significant improvement over the superblast 2. I loved the superblast 2 but found it slightly firm for recovery runs. With the superblast 3 I can use it for recovery, long runs, and even some light workouts. I run everyday, sometimes twice a day, and I find myself reaching for this shoe more than any other in recent times.

I do almost every single run in these. Easy runs, tempo runs, long runs. They are so bouncy and soft they make the Superblast 2s (which I loved I bought these) feel a bit hard. These are the best ASICs trainers ever and I will be buying multiple pairs.

These are the best shoes I have ever worn for road running. They have a lot of bounce. They make running feel effortless. I’m very picky with my shoes for running and these ones are in my top three favorites.

One of the best running shoes I've ever worn. The Superblast 3 represents a radical philosophy shift from its predecessor where the Superblast 2 was firm and grounded, the 3 feels like running on a trampoline. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy their runs, whether you're jogging easy or pushing marathon pace.

The term "Super Trainer" definitely has its detractors, but I think it's apt for the Superblast 3. I have used this shoe for easy runs, recovery runs, shorter workouts, easy pace long runs, and felt it worked for all of them. This is a versatile daily shoe, and I would say it's better than the Adidas Adios Evo SL. I will sticky to other shoes for longer workouts and long runs with marathon pace miles, but I will grab the Superblast 3 for everything else.

I’m a huge fan of this shoe. It feels like the most stable soft shoe I have ever run on. Compared to the 2, it feels far less slappy too due to the compression of the leap phone.

I've run in multiple Superblast 1 and 2 shoes. They are my favorite. The Superblast 3 is very different: softer, lighter, and more appropriate for easier runs compared to the v1 and 2. However, it's amazing for cruising easy miles (I've run in them for 30 miles). I love them. They are the best easy/recovery running shoes I've ever had.

These shoes are fun. Very versatile, I’ve used them for tempo, speed and everyday runs. The cushion is great for long runs. The bounce is not overpowering and just right. Highly recommend

The Superblast 3 is an excellent shoe for easy runs, recovery runs, and LSD runs. I find myself reaching for these over my other recovery shoes every time. It's much softer and bouncier than the Superblast 1 and 2, so people who found the previous Superblast models to be too hard or slappy may enjoy the Superblast 3 more. The Superblast 3 is a pretty big departure from the previous models and I find myself reaching for the Megablast or previous Superblast models for faster runs (tempos or long runs with marathon pace efforts). Overall, I really enjoy how cushioned and protected I feel in my runs with these shoes and recommend it for its comfort and versatility.

I loved the ASICS Superblast for its firmer, snappier ride, it just felt fast and efficient. So when I first tried the ASICS Superblast 3, I wasn’t convinced. The cushioning felt noticeably softer and more plush, and at first it seemed like it lost some of that edge I liked. But the more I ran in it, the more it grew on me. Now I actually appreciate the change. The ride feels smoother, more forgiving, and surprisingly still lively. It’s not the same sharp feel as the original but it’s more enjoyable over longer miles and easier on the legs. What I first saw as a downside has honestly become the reason I enjoy the shoe so much.

It’s one of my top shoes right now and I love the look and feel!

I have the megablast but got the superblast as an alternative daily trainer and they’re great. A little more bounce and support than the megablast but still snappy.

Bought for those long run in the training plan. Shoe is a little tough to break in initially but even still have limited to mid runs of 7-8 miles as anything over mileage in this shoe irritates my foot.

They were too narrow for me. They were super comfortable otherwise!

A little softer than I was expecting but good bounce. Had megablasts before this and the difference is extreme. Great easy day shoe and great upper. Holding up well after 100 miles

Definitely improved over the SB2. They are much softer, which I appreciate, but they don't have the same turnover. Great for easy and recovery runs, but I wouldn't wear them for speedwork or strides, which I would have done with the SB2.
