The Altra Experience Flow (a rebrand of the previous AltraFWD Experience) brings lightweight cushioning to your daily runs and workouts. Featuring a mild rocker shape geometry, the Experience Flow guides you forward while encouraging natural foot placement. It also sports a lower 4 mm offset, that synergizes well with the propelling rocker-shape geometry.

To help cushion each step, Altra uses a compression-molded EVA foam in the midsole that feels lightweight and responsive. This midsole foam combined with the rocker-shaped profile makes it easy to pick up the pace in the Experience Flow, letting you crush whatever workout is ahead of you.

Let your toes spread naturally in the Experience Flow with the signature Standard FootShape™, giving you plenty of toe space while securing your midfoot. You’ll also experience enhanced breathability thanks to the lightweight engineered mesh upper.
