So far I would say the few runs I have been on, the shoe has been solid. I upgraded from the Torin 4.5 and these seem to be of a similar quality.

Torin 7 Review
This was the first iteration of the Torin that I have tried, as well as the first Altra! My experience with the shoe was, for the most part, positive: having taken it for a nice and easy run, the midsole felt soft and smooth. The zero-drop was also interesting, as I had not experienced that before. The one difficulty I had was that part of the shoe, around the heel collar, hit against the outside of my left ankle. I think it is probably because I have bony ankles, because it wasn't happening to the right ankle. Besides that, the shoe was great.

Shoes weren’t for me
Returned them only because I’m not used to the heel drop. I love the brand otherwise. If that’s your thing, these shoes are awesome
