Run for a cause. Run with the Y.  The YMCA of Metro North and the Torigian Family YMCA are excited to host our annual Livestrong at the Y 5k this Fall. This road races benefits Livestrong at the Y, a 12-week program that helps cancer-survivors regain strength after treatment. Runners and walkers can enjoy a morning supporting the Y by signing up for the family-friendly 5k course. Registration includes post-race refreshments and awards for top runners in every age category.
