Race Details

A new course in a new town brings us to the Town of Pembroke.  Join us on this all new loop course (map below) to kickoff the holiday season as we light up the streets and celebrate the 13th Annual Winter Lights 5K.

SWAG

• Register by the end of the day on October 13th to receive a Winter Lights winter hat
• Register by the end of the day on November 17th to receive a long sleeve tech shirt 

BIB PICKUP

• Friday, December 6th – TBD
• Saturday, December 7th – TBD
• On-site registration will be available during bib pickup until 6:00 pm 

Bib pickup will be held at the Pembroke Community Center, 128 Center Street.  We will be in room 127​

Race staging and starting line will be located next to the Community Center in the Library parking lot.

​PARKING

All race parking will be at Pembroke High School located at 80 Learning Lane in Pembroke.  The high school is located 2 miles from the starting line.  Options to get to the start:​

• Arrive early for the Pembroke tree lighting festivities and enjoy a leisurely stroll to the downtown
• Get race ready and do a 2 mile warm up run
• Take the provided shuttle service to the start (shuttle schedule coming soon)

​YES, you can have someone else pickup your bib for you and NO, you do not need a photo ID for pickup.  Please be sure to bring your registration confirmation with you to pick up.

We will not have a water stop on the course.  If you would like to have water while you are running please be sure to bring a bottle or hydration pack.  Water and snacks will be available at the finish line.

AWARDS

Awards will be presented after the race: 

• Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female in the following age groups:  
• 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

Our post race awards will be given out at the new Pembroke Community Center.
