Way better than those old rolley-bead type sticks

This thing is a lot better than those older sticks with the hard beads. The knobs of each bead really make this a lot more effective and I don't find that it's too hard. I use this primarily on my calves and glutes which I have a hard time rolling with a foam roller. One comment I also have is it's a bit bigger than what I thought so I'm not sure I would actually take this traveling unless I had a lot of extra space.
