A Lightweight, and Versatile Trainer That Can Go The Distance

Take on daily runs or uptempo workouts in the new Topo Fli-Lyte 5, a lightweight and versatile trainer that holds up well over time.

The Fli-Lyte 5 is back again with updated cushioning underfoot. The new ZipFoam™ midsole foam finds the perfect balance between soft and responsive, so you don’t have to pick just one. This cushioning is softer and springier than traditional EVA and offers more resilience over the lifespan of the shoe. As an added bonus, you’ll find an OrthoLite® performance insole in the Topo Fli-Lyte 5 that feels incredibly comfortable underfoot and helps reduce unwanted odors.

Topo incorporates an anatomical toe box in the Fli-Lyte 5, creating more space for your toes to splay naturally. This additional space is great for those who are looking for a little extra space.

Super comfortable

I’m loving these sneakers. My running coach recommended a shoe with a lower heel drop and wider toe box. The folks at MS were super helpful on recommendations with my specifications. These are great.

Topo Women's Fli-Lyte 5

This is my third time getting this model, and what keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that it keeps getting “improved” and eliminating qualities I like. For example, the shape of the toe box is slightly narrower on the outer edge, where I most value the space; the cute lacing of the 4 is gone; the neat straight sidewall of the sole has been widened so it’s now like any other running shoe. I am not a runner, but I am hard to fit for a walking shoe, so I have valued this model highly because it suits my long wide toes and narrow heels and helps with my morton’s neuromas.

Toe box too wide

I like the flatness of the shoe and it does improve my ability to balance while lifting moderate weights. However, the toe box is so wide that I’m slipping from side to side in the sneakers and wouldn’t buy them again. It seems as if the last wasn’t properly reshaped for women’s feet.
