The Pegasus Plus are great for short workouts
The Nike Pegasus Plus are a very good option for daily runs, especially for intervals and short speed workouts. The zoomx midsole offers bounce and responsiveness, as expected, and the relatively light weight of the shoes help for speed. I wouldn’t use the shoes for long runs of over 10 miles because the stack is low (for modern standards) especially in the forefoot. The shoes fit true to size, although the toebox is a little pointy and shallow, but the flyknit material is strechy and comfortable enough.
