The New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 v14 is a workhorse running or walking shoe that you can rely on day in and day out. Reliably comfortable, Fresh Foam X feels soft underfoot and then rebounds back to give you a high-performing trainer for all of your workouts. It also incorporates a rocker-shaped profile to guide you forward, encouraging smooth and energetic transitions.
One of the noticeable updates to the New Balance 1080 v14 is the revamped, triple jacquard mesh upper, giving you increased breathability in key areas. Below is an updated outsole, gaining full coverage with blown rubber to increase durability, longevity, and overall traction. The 1080 v14 also includes re-engineered sidewalls to help increase inherent stability to support you as you move.

Saved the Day
I bought these shoes for comfort and support to stand in the pit at a recent Bruce Springsteen concert. They held up incredibly well for this 70 year old fan during a seven hour stint including before and after the three hour show. I think that Bruce was perhaps wearing the same or similar shoe. A great purchase!

Great Easy Run Shoe
I've been enjoying these shoes for easy runs. I have picked up the pace occasionally in them but I wouldn't reach for them for a fast paced effort.

good shoe
I have only ran a few miles in these so far and they felt easy to break into and very well cushioned. Haven’t tried them out for runs too well yet but a very good looking shoe.

1080 amateur runner
The 1080 has become my go-to shoe as an amateur runner. I’m a fan of the energy return each step has. Not the most supportive but worth the trade off in cushioning. Also a fan of the relatively low heel-to-toe drop. Laces could be a little longer. I’d pick these over Hoka Bondi all day.

Love These 1080’s
These are some of the most comfortable sneakers I have owned! I’ve had plantar facetious surgery and haven’t been able to find a sneaker that feels good. The Foam Innersole is great and the stiffness of the shoe keeps my foot from over extending. Happy Feet!

Comfortable
I have wide feet so i was worried about getting the wrong width but I got them in the ee width and jt fits amazingly. The cushion is so comfortable. Not too soft and just responsive enough. The only issue is that its making a squeak sound from the cushion.

New Balance Men’s Fresh Foam X 1080 v14
Amazing foam that makes you feel like you’re running on clouds. Great daily trainer designed for those easier miles but can do it all! Only complaint is that it was a little small for my usual size so I would go a 0.5 size up. Additionally, I felt it was a bit too narrow in the standard version so I would go with the wide version. Overall amazing shoe though!
