This version has been improved with 2 mm of extra ENERZY foam cushioning underneath your foot, bringing even more comfort to the table. Also found within this midsole is advanced ENERZY Core, a resilient cushioning material that creates a springy softness to optimize performance.

Sandwiched within this midsole is Mizuno’s asymmetrical Foam Wave, offering low-profile support for overpronation. The Wave Horizon 7 also incorporates rubber wall technology to help guide runners forward, effortlessly stabilizing each stride.

This daily trainer uses a stretch-woven material in its upper that adapts to your unique foot shape, creating a fit that’s all your own. This upper also incorporates a stretchy, gusseted tongue to give you a comfortable lockdown with reduced tongue migration.
