Take to the mountains or visit your local trail in the updated HOKA Torrent 3, a lightweight trail shoe that helps you stay agile on your feet. This version has been reimagined with an all-new upper. Stripped down to a single layer, the engineered mesh upper helps reduce the overall weight and increases overall breathability. It also features a lay-flat gusseted tongue to help keep trail debris out and keep the tongue from moving over the course of your run. Pair all of this with a TPU overlay for extra support, and you have yourself a lighter, more secure-feeling trail shoe.

Tear through the trails thanks to the PROFLY™ midsole construction, offering cushioned landings and more explosive toe-offs. The midsole also incorporates an early-stage Meta-Rocker to provide easier, buttery smooth toe-offs on otherwise rough terrain. Underneath, the Torrent 3 features a new rubber outsole that is more sticky and durable than the previous version. This enhanced grip helps keep your feet on the ground and your head in the run.
