It’s time to welcome the HOKA Clifton 9 to the party. The award-winning daily trainer from HOKA has returned with more cushion and less weight than the last for an unforgettable underfoot experience. The midsole stack height has been increased by 3 mm with a responsive new foam that’s soft and provides a smooth. The artfully designed upper has removed the overlays and hotmelts and added a plusher heel, reflective heel panel, and a streamlined tongue. This new and improved upper is breathable, lightweight, and made with an engineered mesh upper for a lighter-than-air experience.

Excellent shoes that
These shoes are perfect for my feet. My podiatrist recommended that I use shoes with rocker bottoms due to a chronic injury and I tried several brands and models - including other Hokas. The Clifton was the most comfortable one. Thanks to these shoes, I do not need custom inserts and I seldom have the kind of pain I used to have.

My "Go To Shoe!"
This shoe never fails me, I'm currently on my 5th version of this shoe and have had multiple duplicates through the years. Strangely, I have flat feet, but these are perfect for me. They are lightweight, cushy, and a neutral looking shoe to wear to the gym or out and about. Perfect for me!

Great daily trainer

Most Comfortable Shoes
I have been using these for running and at work. They feel so soft and my feet don’t hurt at all after a long day. I will say I which I went half a size down.

Great Shoe loving it so far
Bought this for my girlfriend who isn’t a high mileage runner but has been having issues with knee pain and stability. About 5 weeks later and she’s been feeling extremely recovered after her runs.

Love the cushioning
Hokas was amazing! So much more cushion it was like walking on clouds. My foot got used to that so each new pair wasn’t as amazing, but then I wore another old brand to cut the lawn and I once again appreciated the Hokas. I wear them mostly for walking but since I got the black I do wear them just around too.

Shipping takes too long!!!
I ordered these on 7/3/2025. It is now 7/10/2025 and I haven't received them yet. I emailed and was told that USPS is unreliable. Well maybe you should use a different shipper?

Hoka Women's Clifton 9 feels different!
I've been wearing Hoka Women's Clifton's for about 8 years, and have loved them. Unfortunately, when my old pair was ready for replacement, my new pair feels...different. My right foot hurts near the heel (i.e., the sole of the rear third of my foot). I can't figure out a) why things have changed and b) why only my right foot hurts. When I put on several older pairs, they all still feel great (if worn down). Note: I ordered these from Marathon Sports because the Brookline manager fit me in them 8 years ago and I am a loyal customer, but I no longer go into the store to be refitted. Maybe next time I should!

Fraying a bit at toe
I am a huge supporter of Hokas but these have only been worn a few times and the material seems to be fraying at the toe. For the price of these shoes and the limited wear, I am really disappointed.
