Like previous Ghost iterations, the Ghost 18 features a moderate stack of nitrogen-infused DNA Loft v3 foam. This cushioning is designed to balance softness with responsiveness, offering stable and comfortable landings with dynamic toe-offs. And with a high 10 mm offset, you can enjoy plenty of extra protection and cushioning in the heel.

Underfoot, you can expect the same familiar and stable feel found in previous versions of the Ghost. However, the model saw some major upgrades when it comes to the upper design. A breathable air mesh upper material wraps the foot and provides a secure and supportive fit throughout all your daily miles. The flexible flat knit tongue is another new and improved element, offering a comfortable fit and reducing pressure around the top of the foot.
