Now made entirely from DNA LOFT v2, the midsole foam is one of the more noticeable updates in the Adrenaline GTS 23. This updated cushioning is softer and lighter than before without feeling overly squishy underfoot. Brooks starts all cushioning technologies with “DNA” to remind you how they react to your unique stride.
Brooks takes a holistic approach when it comes to stability which takes shape in the form of their GuideRails® technology. This support system helps naturally guide your feet during your stride to help reduce excess movement, aiding your feet, knees, and hips.
Another welcome change comes in the form of an enhanced upper, made with an engineered air mesh upper. The breathable upper helps keep you cool as you’re putting in miles while simultaneously giving the shoe added structure. When you’re ready to hit the road, the Adrenaline will get you moving.

Brooks Adrenaline gts
I’ve been running in this model for years. Five years ago I tried another brand, but I went right back to the Brooks Adrenaline for my next purchase. With the Adrenaline I can just buy the size I need without even trying it on. Then I can immediately head out for a 6 mile run and know my knees, hips, heels will all feel good at the end of the run thanks to having good shoes!

It's a great fit and very comfortable. large toe box for those of us with bunions. Very happy that they have finally made the shoe laces longer! Wish the women's colors were as bold and fun as the men's.
