Now made entirely from DNA LOFT v2, the midsole foam is one of the more noticeable updates in the Adrenaline GTS 23. This updated cushioning is softer and lighter than before without feeling overly squishy underfoot. Brooks starts all cushioning technologies with “DNA” to remind you how they react to your unique stride.
Brooks takes a holistic approach when it comes to stability which takes shape in the form of their GuideRails® technology. This support system helps naturally guide your feet during your stride to help reduce excess movement, aiding your feet, knees, and hips.
Another welcome change comes in the form of an enhanced upper, made with an engineered air mesh upper. The breathable upper helps keep you cool as you’re putting in miles while simultaneously giving the shoe added structure. When you’re ready to hit the road, the Adrenaline will get you moving.

Best running & walking shoe
I am a long time customer of Marathon Sports.I been wearing Brooks shoes for many years.I’ve bought Brooks for the years I was running.until 2017 I developed neuropathy and thanks to Brooks shoes i can no longer run however because of Brooks running shoes I’m a walker and would love to inform the Brooks Community they should let the health professionals know Brooks shoes are a great option for people who suffer with neuropathy.I’ve shared this story with many friends and today Books shoes are the best choice for walking everyday and there feet feet feeling great ever since they started wearing Brooks shoes.

Good purchase
First time Marathon Sports customer and all went well. Shipping arrived a few days earlier than expected but I wasn't in a rush either. Will.likely buy from again. Brooks quality and sizing has always been great for me.

2nd Pair Just as Good as the First
I got fantastic advice from Marathon on buying the Brooks Adrenaline GTS shoes a while back. I have wide feet, high arches, and bone spurs, and the sheer variety of options overwhelmed me. Marathon was able to guide me to this pair, and I loved them, wore them out, and just bought a second pair to replace them. The new ones are just as good as the last time.

Brooks-Asics-Brooks journey
Although a little long for my foot, these have the right stability for pronation without rocking or too much support that caused heel pain in other shoes. I wore Brooks Adrenaline for many years until the newer shoe switched disadvantageously for me. Then I had happy years with Asics. But their newer version of my go-to didn't work for me, so Marathon Sports store members guided me back to the current Adrenaline. Phew!

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23
I have bought Brooks Adrenaline for almost 20 years. I was fitted at Marathon Sports as I had experienced several injuries and needed a shoe with support. These shoes provide that. I especially like the GTS 23 as it's a much lighter shoe than previous models, but it still provides the same support.

The Best -Brooks Adrenaline 21/22/23
I started buying Brooks Adrenaline sneakers at Marathon Sports in 2021. Since that first purchase I have continued to buy them - more of the 2021 version, then 2022 and now these in 2023. Excellent all around shoe for walking and all daily activities, and Marathon’s customer service is the best!
