The Sonicblast is back with its second iteration, offering a lightweight and responsive trainer perfect for all the uptempo workouts leading up to race day.

The Sonicblast 2’s energy and bounce stem from its layered midsole design. A top layer of FF Turbo Squared cushioning lets you sink into cloud-like softness, while the FF Blast Max bottom layer creates stable and responsive landings. In between these layers, ASTROPLATE technology balances out the soft, protective foam with explosive energy return for more excitement and pop in every step.

The soft yet responsive midsole technology doesn’t end there. An FF Turbo Squared trampoline pod in the forefoot delivers unmatched bounce and rebound, creating more forward momentum as you roll through your stride and bound forward.

Up top, the upper has been redesigned with more breathable mesh material to keep you cool and comfortable in any weather condition. Finally, a proprietary ASICSGRIP outsole helps the bouncy running experience last for even more miles. And even with all these modern, high-performance features, the Sonicblast 2 doesn’t sacrifice sustainability, using recycled materials and a water-saving dope dying process to reduce waste.
