Probably my facirite shoe of all time. Great for training at all paces and of course races. Thos is my fourth pair. Nothing matches its weight, softness, energy return and overall comfort. Only negative is your heel can feel like its hanging off the edge of the foam due to wedge design at heel but this usually goes away after couple miles imto runs as your foot moves more forward in shoe once foam compressses a little.
