ASICS Unisex Metaspeed Edge Paris

Got these for Boston Marathon, good experience for now.. love the feel for sure. Great improvement from oh:::

When I initially tried them on, there wasn’t anything that wow’d me. But then I took them out to do a threshold workout and they felt so fast! Been my shoe of choice for my last few workouts. Super impressed. Very comfortable. Haven’t had a chance to race in them yet, but I would.

for carbon plated running shoes, arch is well-supported, I have it tad bit bigger for my foot(because my size wasn't available) but it still fit pretty good. id get another one!

Great shoe - was a vaporfly devotee but switched over to these this last training block. Has been great! Will be racing Chicago in these.

My first carbon plated shoes. Ran a 5k and 10k so far. Didn’t need too much of an adjustment period. I got my season’s best times for both 5 and 10k. My feet are wide but with the mesh top, nothing felt restricted (I did go half a size up based on reviews I read: 6.5 normall but bought 7). Quite happy with it.

Great race shoe. Plush and very light. First used them for a marathon on a rail trail - the flat bottom avoided picking up any stones.

Found the Metaspeed Edge Paris on sale at Marathon Sports and couldn’t pass it up. Ordering was smooth, shipping was quick, and the shoes arrived in perfect condition. The discount made a top racing shoe feel like an even smarter buy. Excited to put miles on them and already impressed with the lightweight feel and bounce. Would definitely shop Marathon Sports again for deals like this.

As always, the metaspeed edge are my faves for racing, so far a 5K & a 10 miler have felt great in this new pair

Easily one of the most comfortable plated shoes I've ever run in. Felt effortlessly bouncy at each step. Stack heigh was nice - a little cushion but not feeling like I am on stilts like some of the other carbon plated shoes. These are awesome!

From first run, these shoes are pretty much excellent all around. Super light, very comfortable, more stable than I would expect for something with so little structure. It doesn't hurt that they look great too.

I first bought the sky Paris but I was feeling a little hard the running � n my feet. Good shoes anyways but as soon as I tried the edge Paris I noticed everything was different compare to the sky , more comfortable like a sock. My new speed and racing shoes. I highly recommend

I feel this shoes more bouncy and softer than the sky version. Both versions are very light. I personally like this edge version more and will use it for next marathon.

These feel lighter than the previous version (edge +). Compared to the sky, there's more foam between my feet and the plate, which results in a softer feeling. They also feel narrower than the sky but not constraining. They felt great at an interval session at the track.

Lightweight and comfortable.

I bought this shoe since I am a cadence-based runner. This shoe is designed for cadence-based runners. Wore this shoe for a 10x 1K workout and felt like I was flying. incredibly light, incredibly comfortable, incredibly fast, overall amazing shoe. Would highly recommend to any cadence-based runner.

DYI, go according to your current shoe’s cm size, not by your US size. I’m size 10.5US in Alphafly3, 28.5cm…But in these I’m a size 11, which is 28.5cm…

Great shoe. Light, responsive, and roomy. Have both Sky and Edge. Both equally excellent. Will continue to buy.

Absolutely love these! They're light, snappy and so smooth. I took these out for a 3 x 1 at 10k pace workout and was hooked. I found these to fit a bit small, so had to size up a 1/2. Will likely buy another pair to have when these wear out.

Stable, light, springy….all you want!

it’s a great shoe, but it’s not my ideal racer. it’s pretty stable shoe, comfortable, lightweight, and so i can see why so many people love the shoe. it just doesn’t work well for me.

Unfortunately, the fit doesn't work for me--it digs into my arch like the Nike Alphafly. Be sure to size up at least 1/2 from your usual running shoe size.
