The Asics Gel-Cumulus 27 stays consistent to what it’s delivered in the past: soft cushioning with buttery smooth transitions. FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning combined with strategically placed PureGEL™ technology work together to create softer landings and energetic toe-offs. These two features blended together make the Cumulus 27 into a balanced daily trainer that can be used for a variety of runs.
One of the more noticeable updates to this version is the new upper redesign. Still crafted with engineered mesh, the upper features a little extra padding when compared to the Gel-Cumulus 26, particularly around the heel collar. The bottom of the Cumulus 27 features the relatively new FLUIDRIDE™ outsole, delivering more comfort and traction to each step while encouraging smooth transitions. To provide your with immediate step-in cushioning, Asics uses an OrthoLite™ X-30 sockliner, ensuring a comfortable experience as soon as possible.

Very happy with my Cumulus 27
In my senior years I have switched from running to walking. After visiting Marathon Sports I explored several different sneakers and concluded that the Columbus was best for me. Since that visit I have efficiently ordered another pair online.

Love the 27s
Love the new Model Cumulus 27… the sneaker part is show hugs your foot for great support.. the base is perfect cushion level, some softness but enough firmness to be stable.. Feel like slippers on my feet with a soft but lightweight tongue.. Awesome Kicks.. Great Colot too!!

Great everyday shoe!
I use these as my recovery shoe after a long run and for my everyday walking around shoe. I love the comfort and support and attribute them to helping me keep my plantar fasciitis in check!
