Altra’s Stability Daily Trainer Is Back With a New Name and the Same Reliable Comfort and Support
Previously called the Paradigm, Altra’s most recent stability trainer update saw a complete makeover. Now known as the Torin ST, this zero drop trainer offers similar support with a more refined, premium ride.
Altra’s EGO MAX foam is soft yet responsive, and the balanced platform of this cushioning in the Torin ST ensures plenty of luxurious comfort throughout each landing and toe-off. This luxury continues around the top of the foot, where a breathable mesh upper, elevated tongue design, and updated heel shape provide an enhanced step-in feel.
While the standard Torin allows you to move naturally through each stride, the Torin ST provides a touch of guidance and support with the brand’s GuideRail technology. This subtle medial GuideRail provides just enough stability to promote natural foot alignment without making the shoe feel overly stiff or corrective.
Last but not least, you can enjoy even more stability and comfort due to the shoe’s wide and spacious FootShape toe box. The Torin ST’s roomy forefoot allows your feet to breath and splay out, promoting even more natural movement every time you head out for a walk or run.
