The moderate stack of compression-molded EGO P35 midsole foam, paired with a low drop construction, ensures soft, comfortable landings while allowing you to feel the ground and enjoy solid, stable landings. This midsole construction also features a rocker geometry, designed to guide you forward as you walk or run.

As with any Altra shoe, the Experience Flow 3 boasts a roomy, FootShape toe box that offers plenty of room for natural toe splay. However, the brand improved the fit even more in the 3rd iteration of the shoe with a refined single-piece mesh upper. This soft upper construction is soft, breathable, and accommodating around the foot to help prevent any constriction or discomfort. And to keep you enjoying these perks for miles and miles, Altra also added a rubber compound outsole with exceptional traction and durability.
