Great Service
I enjoy the shoe. Takes about 30 miles to break in, great for a 10k race that’s the sweet spot. You can push it to about 8 miles for daily training. The continental rubber is chef’s kiss.I use for tempo, intervals, pacers. For threshold days I use adios 8.

Great shoe durable and light
Fast, energetic training shoe with responsive rods. Firm ride but enjoyable support and long lasting outsole.

Review of Adidas Boston 11
My experience has been good. The Lighstrike Pro and Lightstrike midsole layers provide a firm, stable feel. Together with the rocker contoured outsole and carbon fiber rods, shoe gives a smooth, quick push from footstrike through push-off. The only negative comments I have (and it is very minor) is that the shoe upper sometimes irritates my ankle when turning a corner or curve. That could be remedied by adding a modest foam lining around the top side of the shoe. Just got these shoes recently so I’m only marking it fair for durability, basically ask me again in three months! :)
