(Staff Review)

The Adizero Adios 6 is a great addition to a long running line of lightweight performance trainers. For intervals, tempo runs, and hill repeats, this serves as a go to choice. Coming in at 8.1 oz, I love just how lightweight this shoe is. Going into a workout, there is no better feeling than kicking off your trainers and throwing on a nice light shoe that will have you running fast. The Adios has a nice breathable upper as well, which works very nicely. Overall, for runners who are looking for that classic lightweight workout shoe, the Adios continues to remain a wonderful choice.

Huge downgrade from the 5

The shoe is much more stiff than the 5. The arch placement causes hot spots. And the shoe is strangely loud when your foot hits the ground, like no other shoe I have run in.
