Salary Range/PTO: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience Benefits: Health Insurance

About the Role:
Marathon Sports is looking for an organized, dynamic, responsive, and detail-oriented
Team Production Assistant to manage a wide range of tasks associated with Marathon
Sports’ Team Sales and Scholastic Events. Using clear, proactive communication and
the high-quality customer service Marathon Sports is known for, you will sell to a
variety of customers including coaches, running clubs, and businesses. You will be
directly involved in the production of custom orders, shipping, and events. You will also
assist in all aspects of day-to-day operations within the Team Sales & Scholastic
division which can include designing logos, creating “team collections” on the company
website, making local deliveries, setting up and working events.

communicator, and self-motivated. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on
the day-to-day efficiency of our Team Sales & Scholastic division and an ongoing impact
on our overall growth as a company.


This is a great fit for someone who can manage a busy inbox, prioritize tasks
effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to Team Sales and Scholastic
customers, including coaches, schools, running clubs, and businesses
● Manage customer inquiries and a high-volume inbox, prioritizing tasks and meeting
deadlines
● Coordinate custom team orders from initial request through production, fulfillment,
and delivery
● Assist with logo design, artwork preparation, and creation of online team collections
● Maintain accurate order detail and timelines
● Coordinate shipping and local deliveries
● Support the setup and execution of events (ex. cross country meets, track meets)
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations, proactive
communications, and continuous process improvement

Nice to Have:
● Familiarity with RICS, Shopify
● Graphic design experience
● Knowledge of cross country, track and meets
