Offering Plush, All-Day Comfort With High Cushion
Take on the day in the comfortable Saucony Triumph 22, a high-cushion trainer designed for daily use, walking or running. This update brings a whole new underfoot experience with a midsole upgrade from PWRRUN+ to the performance PWRRUN PB.
The move to PWRRUN PB means you get better energy return with maximum cushioning, keeping you moving in comfort. It’s also fairly responsive, giving you some extra pep in your step as you’re building up miles. To help round everything out, the Triumph 22 features a widened base with a rocker profile, helping to guide you forward and improve transitions.
The Triumph wraps and secures your foot with the help of its engineered mesh upper. Made from lightweight and breathable materials, this upper helps keep your feet cool in warmer weather without weighing you down. It also features an Adaptive Lacing System that creates a snug yet secure fit that matches your footshape.
To finish things off, Saucony designed the outsole for the Triumph 22 with XT-900 carbon rubber. This special rubber helps add traction underfoot while also increasing overall durability, allowing you to keep logging those miles.

Excellent Comfort and Support!
I bought the Saucony Women’s Triumph 22 for my mom, and she absolutely loves them. The cushioning is amazing (soft yet supportive) and it has really helped reduce her knee pain. She says they feel very comfortable even after long walks, and the fit is true to size. If you’re looking for a shoe with great comfort and impact protection, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Good alternative to Nike Invincible
I enjoyed my Nike invincible’s but there were many days that they felt too mushy. I asked coachGPT what a firmer alternative to the Invincible's are and it suggested a couple different shoes from a couple different brands. As a huge fan of the Endorphin Speeds, I decided to try the Saucony option: the Triumphs. They are definitely firmer than the Invincible's and therefore not at all mushy but also much less bouncy. Overall, I am enjoying the Triumphs and will be wearing for me easy days.

Saucony Sneakers
The Saucony sneakers I purchased support my feet well and are comfortable to wear. I try to get 10,000 steps a day and the sneakers make it easy to do.

Comfortable but very warm
I love triumph shoes. I’ve own a few past editions and always loved them, however, I have mixed feelings about this shoe. It’s very comfortable but very warm. It’s like the material is not breathable at all. My feet feel so hot when running and afterwards. I guess if you live in cooler climate is not a biggie.

Comfortable but clunky
Very comfortable sneaker when standing, tons of cushioning all around and surprisingly lightweight. But, it was too much sneaker, too bulky and wide. The heel cushion extended too much in the back and when I walked it was clunky and not a smooth gait. Also made my feet look like monster feet! Wanted to love it but couldn’t.
