LOVE THIS SHOES!
This shoe is probably my all-time favorite shoes. It is fast, soft, responsive, and lightweight. This nylon-plated trainer definitely can take the pounding longer miles, but can quickly turn into an up-tempo pace shoe. The nylon plate is more flexible than its carbon plated counterparts, but I didn't notice a huge difference. I have done both longer miles and short speed work and didn't have an issue either way. Would highly recommend these shoes especially if you are trying to hit some PRs!
