Great First Carbon-Plate!
WOW! First time using carbon-plated shoes. I feel like I'm being launched forward, without giving up the comfort as one might with normal race shoes. These have enough cushion to keep you from feeling like you're pounding pavement with every step, making them a great first-race shoe for people. Be careful on turns though! These shoes are not made for sharp direction changes. The color is gorgeoussss and has an iridescence throughout
