Game changer!
These inserts were the recommendation of my podiatrist. Right from the start, these were a game changer for me. I could feel the firm arch support and I have relatively high arches. No more painful workouts! These dispersed my toes properly, took away pain and discomfort as well as pressure corns from my baby toes pushing against the next one.
