The Pegasus 42 GTX offers a bouncy, responsive ride to carry you through all your daily miles with more comfort and shock absorption. The full ReactX midsole is designed to be 13% more responsive than previous versions of the foam, and a new full-length Air Zoom unit creates a propulsive ride with each step.

While the midsole is the same as the non-GTX version of the shoe, there are some key upgrades in the upper and outsole to keep you ready for rain, snow, mud, and more. Waterproof Gore-Tex material lines the lightweight mesh upper, keeping your feet warm and dry. A weather-ready Storm Tread outsole also keeps you ready for winter runs, offering superior grip on wet pavement or slushy sidewalks.
