Upsize!
Have not run them in yet, just finally got the size that fit. Normally have to size up 1 full size from normal to get the right fit in running flats, but these needed two sizes up! Distinct change from even last years Nike Waffle Spikeless. There is a stitched seam around the mid-foot that does not stretch, so if you have any amount of high arch, it is snug and uncomfortable.
