zero breathability

This jacket is very lightweight (i think it’s cordura material) which is great but it’s not suitable for running, it’s basically like wearing a plastic bag. After a brisk walk my t-shirt under it was soaking wet - and I usually do not sweat when I work out.

Staff Review!

This jacket is great for getting the attention of drivers with the bold color blocking as well as the reflective elements across the front and back of the jacket. I wore this several times and found it warm for it's light weight, which great on those particularly chilly runs. My only one small issue I have is where the waist band lands for me. It seems to fit short and as a result slightly rides up. Overall, solid light weight jacket, definitely recommend.

The perfect lightweight jacket! [STAFF REVIEW]

I love the Brooks Carbonite jacket! It is breathable, lightweight and works great as a shell for blocking the rain or wind. I also love the reflective details - perfect for dark morning or afternoon runs. I feel a lot more confident and safe, knowing that drivers can see me when I'm wearing this jacket on my runs. I would say it fits pretty true to size, but if you're planning to wear it over multiple layers in the winter, you may want to size up a bit. Overall, highly recommend!
